Thank you for booking with Blacksmiths Cottage. We look forward to seeing you on your choosen dates. Please read below conditions for the booking that we have entered into:-

The price includes accommodation and full breakfast. We only accept cash and cheque as payment for your stay. In our aggreement once your deposit has been paid for the booking this is non-returnable within Blacksmiths Cottage and yourselves.

If a cancelation needs to be made please do so as far in advance as possible. We will then endevour to re-let the accommodation. Should this not be possible the lead person on the reservation remains legally liable to pay the full amount for the accommodation. We therefore strongly recommend that cancelation insurance is taken out.

Arrival.

Your accommodation will be available from 2.30p.m on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged between ourselves and the party concerned. If you plan on arriving early please let us know and we will arrange to store your luggage until your room is available.

Departure.

Please depart your accommodation by 10.30a.m, unless otherwise arranged with ourselves.

Payment.

Your bill for the accommodation and any extras during your stay is payable in full on your arrival.

Liability.

We do not accept liability for any damage, loss or injury to any menbers of your party or any vehicles or possessions.

No Smoking Policy.

All of the buildings are non-smoking. Please feel free to smoke in the garden area where ash trays have been placed for your enjoyment.

Damage to Hotel Property.

We reserve the right to change guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotels property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest by invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will however make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.

Data.

Any data gathered during the course of the booking may be held on computer and will not be sold to a third party.
